The newest series from Bravo, from the creators of the Emmy-Award winning 'Top Chef', hosted by fan favorite judge Gail Simmons, celebrated pastry chef Johnny Iuzzini, and other world renowned food icons.

Each workout includes a warm-up and cool-down specific to each routine as well as modifications for beginners and variations to increase the challenge. The workouts "deliver ultimate fat burn and body tone by using exclusive moves in fusion cardio and strength training".
