When Carlos competes against his best friend Ricky for a place in the United States Motocross Association Nationals, each of them thinks the other is trying to sabotage his chances at winning.

When Hank, the youngest of three brothers, inherits his father's old motorcross bike and pet cat Puss, he was less than pleased, but when he discovers Puss can shapeshift into one of the top motorcross racers in the world, he realizes his inheritance is definitely the best of the bunch.
