In the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, Micky Knight investigates to determine the identity of a woman whose body was found in one of the many destroyed homes in New Orleans and uncovers clues that lead Micky in pursuit of someone who is using the destruction wrought by the hurricane to finish a crime that began a hundred years ago.
