Description
At only age 10-and-a-half, Tommy is well known to the local social service agencies for his tendencies towards violence. Judged incorrigible, Tommy rebels against all authority and has been abandoned by all who know him, except for his halfway house guardian, Gilles, who sees a glimmer of hope in the eyes of the young boy. Gilles may be Tommy's last chance for a normal life.
