Description
"Loco" and "Riot" are leaders of two rival gangs "Los Locos" and "La 213" in the inner hood of Los Angeles. When Loco's little brother decides to step into the territory of "La 213" all hell will break loose and in no time both rival gangs will face each other in a bloody confrontation. "Loco" manages to escape with his girlfriend Mia and other gang members to an abandon hospital where they will be forced to fight a crazy drug dealer named "Tweaker" and face the imminent return of "Riot".
