Description
Students will be introduced to a variety of situations in daily life that can be expressed by using patterns and formulas. Patterns are used to make predictions every day. From developing a formula that represents a real-world scenario, to building a table of values based on a formula, to graphing the input-output values of a formula, to exploring the relationship between the graph of a formula and its inverse patterns, formulas are extremly important in the world of algebra.
