Description
Inclement conditions with unpredictable and severe storms pummel the coastal areas, the pattern of weather that occurs in Florida during the late summer months. Nearing burn out, the career of Miami reporter Malcolm Anderson is rejuvenated after an article detailing the unsolved murder of a local teen brings him notoriety as well as an unexpected and unwanted fan: a man who claims he's the murderer.
