Description
Makoto Naegi survived one death game ... but does he have it in him for one more? Suspected of treason, he's taken in by the Future Foundation--a group founded to save the world from the Remnants of Despair--and is about to be put on trial when suddenly everything goes dark. Everyone wakes up, confused and distraught, with brand-new bangles and a familiar face on the screen. As Monokuma's grizzly grin greets them, they learn they're in for a whole new death game where one among them is the killer. Future Arc continues after the video games Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc (adapted as the anime television series as Danganronpa: The Animation) and Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair, following Makoto Naegi in a new death game.
