Description
Documents the clearing of the wreckage of the World Trade Center from the perspective of the construction workers, firemen, and engineers who accomplished the task in the nine months following the Sept. 2001 terrorist attacks. Also shows the dialogue among community members, victims' families, real estate developers, architects, and city officials about what should be done with the site. Part two traces the progress made during 2002 to 2006 and continues to follow the discussion and plans for memorial space and other uses of the former site of the World Trade Center.
