Along with the popularity of journaling, paper crafting, book crafting, and making personalized gifts and cards, comes a renewed appreciation for hand lettering. Hand Lettering A to Z is a fun, hands-on, write-in book, in which artist and calligrapher Abbey Sy presents her creative lettering and invites artists from several countries to contribute alphabets of their own designs: all unique, all hand drawn, many ready to be colored with pen or watercolor. Readers can use the phrases when making cards, gifts, Valentines, or embellishing their journals. Using the phrases in other languages adds to the fun of creating something special. The book is printed on artists' quality paper, with plenty of space opposite each collection of letters and phrases for the reader to draw, copy, and practice.
