Description
LAPD officer Jake Rosser and his K-9 partner, Ace, battle it out on the streets when they get into a shootout with local drug dealers and Ace is killed. After an EMT refuses to examine Ace, Jake assaults him and then goes rogue after Internal Affairs refuses to track down Ace's killer.
